LGM / 01 — At a glance
What LGM does. Precisely.
Lumora Gold Mining (LGM) is a gold and precious-metals company connecting African supply with international buyers.
We work with producers and traders to source physical gold (bars, doré and nuggets & grains), review the material and the counterparties behind it, assemble the documentation each transaction requires, and structure the trade through to delivery. Every engagement follows the same route, from first enquiry to final logistics.
Before terms are agreed, the material is reviewed and its content established by assay. The records that support the trade are assembled alongside it, so a buyer can see what they are buying and where it comes from.
Assay evidence
Laboratory or refinery results establishing gold content and weight for the specific lot.
Origin & supporting records
Records that support where and how the material was produced or acquired.
Commercial documents
Invoices, packing lists and the written agreement between the parties.
Export & logistics documents
Export permits, customs and shipping documents, where the route requires them.
Transaction records
A record of verification steps, approvals and settlement for each trade.

Responsible sourcing at LGM is a set of reviews that must be completed before a trade moves forward.
We describe what each review checks and how. We name only the standards and regulations we can evidence that we follow.
01
Origin review
What we check
Where the material is represented to come from, and whether the evidence supports it.
How
Supporting records such as production, purchase or export records are requested and compared against the material, the supplier and the route.
Outcome
Proceed, request more information, or decline.
02
Counterparty review
What we check
Who is involved, their commercial role, and whether LGM can engage with them responsibly.
How
Company and identity information is collected from each party and checked before any commercial commitment.
Outcome
Proceed, request more information, or decline.
03
Document review
What we check
Whether assay, origin and commercial records are complete and consistent with the material.
How
Documents are checked against each other and against the assay result for the specific lot.
Outcome
Proceed, request more information, or decline.
04
Transaction review
What we check
Whether the material, the parties and the commercial structure line up before execution.
How
A final review is completed before the agreement is signed and settlement begins.
Outcome
Proceed, request more information, or decline.
Frameworks
Standards we follow.
List only frameworks LGM genuinely follows, e.g. the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for minerals, national mining and export regulations, and anti-money-laundering laws in each jurisdiction of operation.
LGM may pause or decline an engagement when origin cannot be supported by records, a counterparty cannot be identified, documents are inconsistent with the material, or the structure of a transaction cannot be explained.
